Address Workplace Conflict, Gracefully
THIS CONFERENCE IS STILL A GO ... UNLESS COVID HANGS AROUND - AT WHICH TIME IT WILL GO ONLINE AS A VIRTUAL EVENT

One of the biggest lies in healthcare today is bullying is “just a part of nursing”.

More than 80% of healthcare providers witness or experience bullying on a regular basis.

What no one is telling you is that  5–15 percent of healthcare workers who step up to these crucial conversations have stopped bullying behaviors successfully.

Who wouldn’t want this?

Learn how to differentiate between a bad day and a bully * OH&S changes you need to know * safe communication strategies using the PAUSE’d method to conflict resolution.

This course is designed for:

* Healthcare providers (Nurses, Social Workers, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists, HCAs, Dieticians, physicians diagnostic therapists, etc)
* Unit Managers and Supervisors
* Managers
* Anyone interested in improving interpersonal relationships
